Izel is a personal evolution companion — a private space for reflection, intention-setting, and self-awareness. It is not therapy, medical advice, or a substitute for professional support. The AI features reflect your own words back to you; they do not diagnose, prescribe, or interpret.
You need a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One account per person.
Everything you write, record, or create in Izel belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your reflections, goals, voice recordings, or any other content. You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the service (e.g. AI-generated mirrors, nudges, and insights).
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are managed through Lemon Squeezy. You can cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the billing period.
If you are unsatisfied within the first 14 days of a paid subscription, contact us for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are not available, but you can cancel to prevent future charges.
Izel is for personal reflection. Do not use it to store content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Your data remains exportable at any time from Settings.
Izel is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
